No, as project managers we work for you and you make all the decisions. We will manage whoever you choose for the jobs.
Will the Project Managers take care of the whole project without me?
No! You are the owner of the property and it’s your money. You are the decision maker. As project managers we assist you in managing your projects. We operate as your hands, feet, eyes, and ears.
How much does the project management service cost?
Our fee is 10% of the renovation budget with a minimum of $3,500. We also offer hourly consultation services.
